KCSC Summer Shindig 2009

It’s time for the 2nd annual KCSC Summer Shindig! This year it will be hosted at Morehead State University’s Newman Center on June 13-14 and is sure to be a blast! Below is a schedule of the weekend, as well as driving directions and a list of things to pack. We look forward to seeing you there!! :)

Schedule:
June 13th, 2009
3:00 PM - Arrive at Newman Center
4:00 PM - Drive to Cave Run Lake (you'll have the chance to go swimming/hiking)
6:00 PM - Return to Newman Center for dinner (oven-baked pizza)
7:00 PM - Free Time [we'll have cornhole, board games, dance music, and movies (feel free to bring your own!)]

Sleep will come at some point! :)

June 14th, 2009
9:30 AM - Catholic Mass
10:30 AM - Brunch
12:00 PM - Depart from the Newman Center

A few things to note...
-Your admission fee is to bring a snack and/or drink to share with everyone. :)
-You do not have to show up EXACTLY at 3:00 PM on June 13th; stay for as much or as little as your schedule will allow!
-There are only two shower stalls at the Newman Center, so please plan accordingly.
-Come prepared to have TONS O' FUN!!!! :)

NOTE: University Blvd. is closed until further notice, so here is an alternate route to the Newman Center:
(Disregard all directions starting with "Turn left onto US-60/KY 32")
-Turn left at W 2nd St. (0.4 mi)
-Turn left at N Wilson Ave. (0.2 mi)
-Turn right at E 5th St. (0.1 mi)
-Turn right at Battson Ave. (256 ft)
-Arrive at Newman Center (Lucas will be outside to show you where to park.)
